Structure:

It is a light, mechanical, electricity, gas integration of high-tech products, the both use of thick and thin paper, the realization of process automation, fast and efficient, using a belt transmission, frequency stepless speed, a maximum speed of up to 80m/min.   

 There are separate rooms for each workstation. This machine is best choice for the large printing house.

 Function: 

1)STREAM FEEDER 

- Adopt free oil   vacuum pump and paper-suction system 

-Can adjust the feeder suction during running.

 - Equip double sheets detector.

2): SHEET CLEANING UNIT 

- Compacted paper.

-Remove residual printing powders.

- Cleaning effect and improve paper flat and smooth effect after polishing treatment.

3): BASE COATING UNIT

-Three-roller system: One rubber application roller, second chrome-plated metering roller and third counter pressure roller.

 -First hard plastics-coating plastics, paper capillarys role to fill. - Increased UV coating and ink adhesion. - Reduce the penetration of UV finishes to maintain white paper degrees. - To save expensive UV varnish oil depletion.

4) IR DRYER

 -Infrared drying equipment.

-Fan cooling system

5) UV coating UNIT:

-Incorporating UV coating first mainframe equips highly sensitive and precision knife system, which is applied in both thick and thin paper.

- Coated with uniform results and the amount of material available for the best-fit control, the finished products features smooth and shiny.

6) UV ultraviolet dryer UNIT: 

-Incorporating UV ultraviolet radiation that will produce UV Varnish sclerosis, wear promote Bright paper surface.

-Rapid cooling equipment, to avoid paper curl.

7) DELIVERY UNIT 

Automatic admission Machine-belt, low noise admission permits pressure levels track design, smooth resumption of paper teeth smooth.
