ZGR-320 Label (Logo) Flexo Printing Machine

Structure feature

1.      Adopt the ceramic alinox cylinder to transfer the ink.

2.      Unwinding and rewinding controlled by magnetic power brake, clutch. (Or controlled by auto tension controller of Mitsubishi of Japan)

3.      Printing unit adopt 360°plate-adjustment each.

4.      IR dryer for each printing unit.

5.      The spare pars have a d die-cutting station with the machine which made printing and die cutting finished in one process.

6.      The ink rollers will be separated from the printing roller and keep running when the machine stopped.

7.      The main motor is adopted frequency conversion for speed controlling.

8.      Support papers from roll material, print, light, dry automatic ally by infrared ray, laminating and rewinding completed in one time. It is an ideal machine form printing trade in voice and top-grad adhesive label.
